Quality Control

FPA: When an order is placed, we convene a production meeting, investigate all the workmanship and technical difficulties, and ensure all of them have related ways to settle and control. We require first piece approval process internally prior to the production in order to ensure production are exactly the same as customer approved samples.

IQC: By checking the quality of incoming material, we ensure all materials are in accordance with customer's requirements. This allows us to catch potential problem at the very beginning, reduce losses to the minimum, and act quickly and proactively.

IPQC: When the order is being produced, we perform in process quality control at the production line.

FQA: When final products are finished, we perform final quality assurance inspection.

PSI: When the production is ready and packaged, we perform preshipment inspection according to AQL standards. Our QC will issue the inspection report and release the shipment if all are conforming to customer's requirements.
